Travelling enriches your world view. Literally and figuratively. You discover so many new things when you go out into the world. New places, new cultures, new people. You take the experiences you gain with you for the rest of your life. For beautiful and special places, you don't even have to get on a plane. You can find them within driving or walking distance.

In my spare time, I alternate rest and busyness. I completely unwind during a long walk in nature, but I also enjoy socialising during an evening with friends. Or I am on the padel court. After all, exercise is also relaxation! Actually, I prefer to be outdoors most of all. The Veluwe is a place I really enjoy visiting. The peace that comes over me during a walk through this area is really unprecedented. I don't get that easily in other places.

The Netherlands is beautiful. There is so much to see and do. Being able to show that to people through my work gives me a lot of energy.
About my work as Project Manager
As project manager, I ensure that processes are successful down to the last detail. This requires a lot of coordination with internal and external parties. What do I like most about my work? The amount of contact I have with people. Communicating makes me happy. Whether I am sparring with my colleagues, answering questions from customers or solving problems. Especially when I can work together with the team towards a good result, I am at my best. That makes me feel incredibly satisfied. To then enjoy the achievements together with the team. After all, successes are best celebrated together.
