My favourite way to spend free time is undoubtedly travelling to sunny destinations. Winter sports are not really my thing, but give me a warm, sun-drenched location and I feel right at home. During such holidays, I embrace the peace and quiet and the wonderful feeling of doing nothing. While I can absolutely enjoy a day relaxing on a beach bed by the sea, I am also always looking for adventure.
In my spare time, I seek a perfect balance between rest and challenge. I want to be able to relax and escape daily stress for a while, but at the same time I long for new experiences and adventures that challenge and inspire me.

IJzeren Man Vught
This area originally served as a drinking water supply for the region. It gets its name from the metal frame supporting the water reservoir. Besides its historical significance, Iron Man is now a recreational area with a lake surrounded by greenery and beaches. People enjoy swimming, fishing, hiking and picnicking here. It is a popular spot for residents of Vught and visitors from the surrounding area, offering relaxation in a natural setting with a bit of history.

Carnival in Oeteldonk
During Carnival, Den bosch is transformed into Oeteldonk, where Prince Amadeiro rules and the 'stabbing' of the princely insignia is a highlight of the entire carnival.
