Are you ready to put your creative talent to work for special places, inspiring travel stories and destinations that make an impact? During this varied placement, you’ll be working with both Insiders and Honeyguide: two brands with a great love of travel, content and places that matter.

At Insiders, you’ll be joining the heart of our enthusiastic strategy and content team. We work for cities, regions, nature reserves and heritage sites in the Netherlands, Flanders and sometimes beyond. You’ll help us raise the profile of these destinations in a creative way – from coming up with ideas for social media posts to writing blog articles and contributing ideas on content strategies for clients.

You’ll also be working for Honeyguide, our slow travel label. Honeyguide puts the spotlight on special places away from the crowds and promotes travel that focuses on people, nature and the environment. Think of hidden gems, local entrepreneurs and experiences that contribute to a better world.

In short: at Insiders & Honeyguide, you’ll undertake an internship where editorial work, content creation and strategy come together. You’ll learn a great deal, receive guidance from experienced colleagues and have plenty of scope to contribute your fresh ideas.

During your placement, you will work partly for Insiders and partly for Honeyguide. Your tasks will be varied and creative. Among other things, you will be working on:

Writing personal travel blogs and inspiring stories
Conceiving and creating content for Instagram and TikTok
Telling travel stories through text, images and video
Contributing ideas on content strategies for clients
Highlighting impactful entrepreneurs and special places
Supporting the editorial, marketing and content team
Creating Reels, posts and other creative formats
Developing original ideas that align with Insiders and Honeyguide

We work together every week at our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch. But of course, during your placement, you’ll also get to go out and about from time to time, because the best stories are often right on our doorstep. That’s why we sometimes create content at special locations too.

You are currently studying a relevant vocational or higher vocational qualification
You enjoy writing and have a way with words
You have a keen sense of social media, trends and influencers
You enjoy creating stories through text, images or video
You are creative, curious and proactive
You work meticulously and enjoy contributing ideas
You are a positive and communicative team player
You are available for 3 to 5 days a week

We are open to discussing the duration of your placement and the number of days per week.
