I get energy from strategically tailored projects in which the client's target group is central. Some issues start with a blank sheet of paper. That is exactly where I prefer to step in: what is going on, where are the opportunities, and how do we translate them into a strong concept? Small nuances in communication often make the difference.

Our own podcast studio
When I'm not working for Insiders, I always stay busy with work. Whether it's analysing roadside posters, newsletters, or TV and radio commercials. I find it interesting to investigate whether an expression actually suits the purpose and target audience.
I have also started my own adventure: a podcast studio in the centre of Den Bosch. Audio is a powerful tool that allows you to build a long-term and personal connection with your target audience. I believe the use of podcasts, especially among younger generations, will become increasingly important in the future.
There are also plenty of opportunities for this medium in the tourism sector. During our online event, I had the opportunity to talk about this: how to make a podcast that really suits your brand? Read the recap in which I share the most important insights and practical tips.
My favourite out-of-office spot
As destination marketers, we put extraordinary destinations on the map every working day. But what do Insiders do when they are out-of-office? Which destinations do they prefer to be in themselves? Judith shares her favourite place.
When I need some fresh air and a bit of exercise, I pop into Prins Hendrikpark. This green spot in Den Bosch feels like a mini-holiday in my own country. Sweeping views over the water, old trees rustling in the wind and, in the distance, the spire of St John’s Cathedral. Halfway round the lake, I stop at Bloem. Here, I regularly treat myself to a cappuccino with a homemade scone. Everything here is made traditionally and with care, and you can really taste the difference.
In summer, it’s even more enjoyable. My daughter bobs about on the water with friends in rubber dinghies and on SUPs, whilst I watch from the shore with a coffee in my hand. A quick break, a chance to recharge.
Tip: are you a fan of ginger? Then you simply must try the ginger biscuits!

Flemish nature in pictures
Tourism Flanders' Tiny Big Stories also have a special place for me. Together, we developed a strategic concept to better market Flemish nature. In the creative concept development of this format, I was able to contribute content, which made the project extra special for me.

From strategy to city promotion
The collaboration with Almere City Marketing is a great example of how we at Insiders like to work. For several years, I was their permanent contact and helped with a variety of issues. From a strategic project on Almere's image to the development of various online platforms for specific target groups. Think content creation, such as Instameets, and social campaigns that put the city on the map.
